French Open Fast Forward
The heat here is blazing. It's impossible to sit and type even though no part of me contains silicone that might threaten to melt. This is the jump-a-few-days-ahead version to the ongoing Men's Final between Rafael Nadal and Mariano Puerta. Roger Federer fell in the hands of Rafa, so there is no doubt who the deserved winner of this championship is.
The women in the final were Justine Henin-Hardenne and Mary Pierce. Henin-Hardenne returned to tennis with a triumphant trouncing of the old bag in 2 short sets, 6-1, 6-1.
It's the first set of the Men's final. Puerta called for the trainer earlier on when he was down a break. After the magic hands touched him, he was revived, broke Nadal, and is now moving like the word 'pain' never existed.
Don't treat him like the walking wounded Rafa. Go for the kill.
